Who we are
A small raid team writing for players who don't have time to wipe.
Crystal Raid Chronicle started in a share house on Keele Street in 2019, when six friends kept losing progression pulls to the same bad advice online. We decided to test every strat ourselves on a mythic-prog roster before publishing it.
Today we cover the biggest MMOs and live-service titles for the Australian and New Zealand community — timezone-friendly release notes, boss timers built for oceanic latency, and reviews with no publisher freebies attached.

How we cover a patch
From datamine to published guide in four steps.

Datamine & watch
The moment a patch drops on the test realm we log the tuning changes, new abilities and item budgets so nothing slips past release day.

Prog it ourselves
Our two raid rosters pull the encounter live on oceanic servers, timing every mechanic against real 160ms+ latency, not a lab.

Write & diagram
Each guide gets positioning maps, cooldown sheets and a plain-English kill order — editable timers you can import straight into your addon.

Update & correct
Hotfixes happen. We revisit every live guide within 24 hours of a balance change and stamp it with the patch version it was verified on.
